Regarding Shipping Delays
Due to limited transportation, the closing of various States, and the instability of the economy, there may be shipping delays based on your location. While we are still shipping everyday Monday-Friday, the delays during this time with shipping are outside of our hands.
We offer shipping estimates based on our carriers and the time frames change frequently. We would truly appreciate your understanding during this time.

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are taking serious precautions in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our team, customers and facilities. While we will not be accepting any opened or used products into our offices, clients may be asked to return in some instances. Any unverified packages will be discarded
Please note that due to the pandemic, shipping time frames are delayed and out of our control.
Once a package is processed, all Shipping fees are non-refundable. Emails are sent to all customers once a package is shipped; be sure to check the email that you used to make the order.
Note that products purchased at discount or on sale are final sale items.
