Once a package is shipped, all Shipping fees are non-refundable simply because we used the monies to ship the item. Emails are sent to all customers once a package is shipped; be sure to check the email that you used to make the order.
Note that products purchased at discount or on sale are final sale items.
Please provide photos or videos of damaged Item (s) within 7 business days of receipt.
