Returns and Exchange: Generally, we do not offer monetary refunds for Returned Items, due to sanitation and hygiene reasons. However, in some cases, your Returned Items may be accepted in Exchange for Store Credit in the full amount or a portion of the amount paid for your Items. The amount for shipping is irretrievable from us. We encourage you to write to us at Concierge@StayGoldenCosmetics.com for your individual concern to be assessed and resolved. Please do not return packages without informing us as we strive to protect ourselves.
How does our Store Credit / Exchange work? Our Store Credit / Exchange does not expire and is easily redeemed by selecting Items from our suite of products from our website: https://staygoldencosmetics.com and informing us of your selections in an email to: Concierge@StayGoldenCosmetics.com
